• Any injury to any person (including yourself) arising from your use of any product;
• Any violation of applicable law by you;
• Any breach of your representations and warranties set out in Section 2; or
• Any third-party claim arising from your actions in connection with products obtained through the Platform.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ABCD MARKETING LLC (OPERATING AS PEPTIDE STORES ONLINE), ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER HARM RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR ADMINISTRATION OF ANY PRODUCT OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM;
• THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, LAB RESULT, OR OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED BY A SELLER;
• THE LEGALITY OF ANY PRODUCT IN YOUR JURISDICTION;

• ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY SELLER, BUYER, SHIPPER, LABORATORY, OR OTHER THIRD PARTY;
• ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event will our aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
