ABCD Marketing LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“ABCD Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates Peptide Stores Online at peptidestoresonline.com. Peptide Stores Online is an affiliate marketplace and research library. We publish a research library, list products offered by independent vendors, and link to those vendors own websites.

We are not the seller of any product listed on this site. We do not sell products, take orders, run checkout, process payments, hold funds, or ship anything. Each listing links to the vendor own website, where ordering, payment, and delivery are handled by the vendor. We are not a party to any purchase you make on a vendor website, and that purchase is governed by the vendor own terms and policies.

By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, our Research Use Policy, and any other policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use this site.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Providing false age information is grounds for termination.
• One account per person or legal entity. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• Business accounts must be registered by an authorised representative with authority to bind the entity.
• By creating an account or using this site, you agree to these Terms, including the research use only conditions in Section 2.

• Listings on this site describe products offered by independent vendors. Prices, availability, and shipping estimates shown in a listing are set by the vendor and may change on the vendor site.
• When you click a listing, you leave this site and go to the vendor own website. Any order you place is placed with the vendor, not with us.
• Payment for any purchase is made to the vendor on the vendor site. We never collect your payment for a vendor purchase and we never hold purchase funds.
• Delivery, returns, refunds, and order support for a purchase are the vendor responsibility, under the vendor own terms and policies.
• We are not responsible for a vendor products, pricing, fulfilment, shipping, or customer service, and we do not guarantee that a vendor will complete any order.

We earn affiliate commissions on referred sales. When you click a listing and buy from a vendor, the vendor may pay us a commission for the referral. This is how the site is funded. A commission does not change the price set by the vendor, and vendors cannot pay to change a vendor rating or to remove negative public evidence from a rating.

Content on this site, including the research library, is published for research and educational information only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional. We do not recommend any product for human use, and nothing on this site states or implies that any product is safe or effective for any human use.

Vendor ratings on this site are computed from public review evidence using the methodology published on our vendor ratings page. A rating is published only when a vendor reaches the evidence threshold described in that methodology (15 or more qualifying mentions from 2 or more source categories). Most vendors are listed as Not Yet Rated.

Ratings reflect public evidence about a vendor and its service. They are not guarantees. A rating says nothing about whether any product works, is safe, or is pure. We do not order or perform lab tests and we do not guarantee the purity or quality of any product. Vendors publish their own testing documents on their own sites.

Vendors listed on this site agree to:

• Accurate listings: keep listing information, prices, and availability accurate and current.
• Research use only positioning: position every listed product for in-vitro laboratory research use only, with no human use claims.
• Catalog standards: not list waters, syringes, needles, solvents, or supplies through this marketplace, and provide a product level link for every listing.
• Honour published terms: honour the terms, prices, shipping, and return policies the vendor publishes on its own site for referred customers.
• Lawful operation: comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

We may remove any listing or vendor at any time, including for inaccurate listings, human use positioning, or conduct that puts visitors at risk.

You may not use this site to:

• Purchase, sell, or promote any product for human or animal use.
• Make medical, therapeutic, performance enhancing, or health claims about any product.
• Submit false, misleading, or incentivised reviews or ratings.
• Submit false lab reports, Certificates of Analysis, or test results.
• Scrape, aggregate, or copy site data without written permission.
• Attempt to access another user account, data, or private information.
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.

You retain ownership of content you submit to this site (such as community posts) and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating the site. The Peptide Stores Online name, design, software, and proprietary data are the property of ABCD Marketing LLC. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

This site links to third party websites, including vendor websites, and uses third party services such as hosting, database, and email providers. We are not responsible for the content, products, privacy practices, or acts or omissions of any third party. Your use of a vendor website or other third party service is at your own risk and subject to that party terms.

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ABCD MARKETING LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES;
• ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANY PRODUCT OBTAINED THROUGH A VENDOR;
• ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY;
• ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY VENDOR OR OTHER THIRD PARTY;
• ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNTS YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud by us.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ABCD Marketing LLC and its members, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to this site; (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; (c) your violation of the Research Use Policy; (d) your content; (e) any personal injury or property damage caused by your actions; or (f) any breach of your representations, warranties, or obligations under these Terms. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defence of any matter subject to your indemnification, and you will cooperate fully.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the Research Use Policy. Upon termination, your right to access the site immediately ceases, and obligations incurred before termination survive. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@peptidestoresonline.com.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and both parties irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, war, terrorism, pandemic, or internet outages.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes are announced on the site and, where we hold an email address for you, by email at least 14 days before the effective date where practical. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Research Use Policy, and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding this site and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.
