Every review comes in three stages so it captures the full experience, not just the unboxing.
Stage 1
Shipping (day 0): How fast did it arrive, how was it packaged.
Stage 2
Product quality (+21 days): Rate each product from the order individually.
Stage 3
Reorder survey (+42 days): Did you reorder - and if not, why.
Compliance checked
Every review runs through our compliance filter before it posts.
Sellers can’t rewrite history
Sellers can dispute a review through a formal 7-day process, but they can never delete or edit what a buyer wrote.
