How Shipping & Tracking Works

We generate every shipping label - sellers never create their own. The moment a carrier scans the label, tracking updates for you, the seller, and the platform simultaneously. No scan means the order hasn't shipped, and that's visible to everyone.

Orders paid by ACH clear in 1-2 business days (best case) to 3-5 business days (weekends/holidays). Your order is reserved and ships the moment payment clears - you'll get an email either way.

Sellers can set a grace period (0-72 hours) during which you can still edit your order after purchase. Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, your review requests begin - never before.
